The majority of our projects come with site visits and a report from a licensed structural engineer. For more complex projects, our on staff architect and engineer work together to ensure your project is not only beautiful but also structurally sound and built to last.

We have a win-win philosophy. We believe if we treat people fairly, honor our word and put customer satisfaction first our business growth will be reflective. We are not tied to one product line or material type and never offer a one-size-fits-all solution. Our project manager personally visits with every customer and goes over different material types, construction options and pros and cons of each so our customers can make an informed decision on what is best for them. Are there any hidden costs? Will my estimate price go up after construction begins?

We believe in full transparency and standing by our word. The estimate you receive is the price you will pay. Everything, including the materials that will be used, the timeframe for construction and the full price of the project is given in writing upfront before construction begins.

What maintenance is required for my project?
Maintenance varies by material. Wood requires staining and sealing, steel requires occasional repainting, while composite, PVC, vinyl and aluminum are lower maintenance and only require occasional cleaning.

Can you build outdoor projects year-round?
Yes, we are fortunate to have a climate suitable to building throughout the year. Occasionally, weather conditions may impact the timeline though this is rare and usually minimal.

Yes, we take care of obtaining the necessary permits and scheduling inspections to ensure your project complies with local regulations and building standards.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, depending on the material used we offer a warranty ranging from 10 years to a lifetime. We also offer a 2 year workmanship warranty.

Will you work with my HOA to get my project approved?
Yes, we will work with your HOA to make sure your project is approved by your architectural review committee. We have extensive experience getting project approval from even the most difficult HOAs.
